During onboarding, we clarify which tasks you’ll handle and where our team will support you—so you know what’s expected and have help along the way.

What happens during the quarterly check-ins?

We review the previous quarter’s financials and expenses, discuss your business strategy, and assess your estimated tax payments and overall tax position. Together, we connect the numbers to your next steps, so you understand where things stand, what needs attention, and how to plan for the quarter ahead.

What if my books are several months behind?

We’ll start by reviewing where your records stand. If your accounts need substantial catch-up work, reconciliation, or corrections, a separate bookkeeping cleanup may be needed before ongoing support begins.
